VIM - RightLeft Writing
This page is about writing text in languages that are usually written from
right to left, such as Hebrew, Arabic, and Persian.
:help rightleft.txt
The command ":help rightleft.txt" will show the file "rightleft.txt".
It's 7K of basic info that you should read first.

Basically just a link to the Vim Home Page and a local copy of the distribution
of vim-4.2. But there is also a link to a patch set for an older version of
Vim to add rightleft mode.
