Completely Free Software[981110]
http://www.completelyfreesoftware.com/
CD with software that are "complete free"; contains stuff on "Windows-3.1 and DOS" as well as "Windows-9x". Vim is supposed to be on the page with Windows95 Text Programs, but I cannot find it there. :-( (Contact Graham Pockett about it!)
From the announcement on 981111:
                Vim v5.3 -- W9x (other versions available)
Vim is a UNIX-style (Vi clone) text editor with multi level undo, syntax
highlighting, command line history, on-line help, filename completion,
block operations, etc. There is also a Graphical User Interface (GUI)
available. Generally this editor is most suitable for programmers.
